Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Head to our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Reward

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a 110% store credit to use on your next fashion haul.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Processed

  Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 6-10 business days for our team to inspect the items and issue your refund or credit.
